I am so proud of him...But just as proud of you for encouraging, engaging, loving, and being so supportive of him and you being by his side during this journey. You have grown stronger as a couple, and stronger as a wife, a mother, and most of all a woman who is empowered and has gained so much. You have led your daughters by example. Be proud of you too..

What a feat, that freezer photo puts the amount lost into context.
I always equate my weight loss to bags of potatoe's, it is mind boggling to think of how many Sean has lost!!
This is a fabulous landmark, especially for Sean. But also for you Irene, you have been beside him, loving and supporting him ounce by ounce, pound by pound.
Be proud of yourself as well as
Your Gorgeous Bloke;)

Ok, I'm back.
Even though 365 days have passed... it's really only been 1... over and over, taking action and a total commitment.
It never ends, even when his "goal" has been reached. There's never a finish line, right? There's only this moment to succeed again... and again.
Congratulations!
Congratulations to Sean and to you, what a great year both of you have had!!!
